2. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Custom & Personalized Items: Due to the nature of custom laser-cut and engraved products, wreaths, and personalized gifts, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Digital Products: All digital downloads (courses, workbooks, and printables) are non-refundable due to their instant-access nature.
Workshops & Coaching Services: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or store credit where applicable.
